The earlier version of their website had a cluttered menu in which their distinct services were fighting for the same space. Some of these services were child therapy, autism assessments, and parent consultation. The main issue was that if a parent of a struggling teen isn’t able to find the “Teen” section within 3 seconds, they will bounce off the website.
Lack of Local Authority
The Case Psychology website was struggling to rank for particular high-intent keywords. In fact, the earlier version of their website was treating all sites on a single page. This ‘single-page’ approach created an SEO ceiling, which was hampering their online growth in the search results.

This helped each page rank for relevant long-tail keywords. In an architectural sense, it is supported by a mega-menu navigation system. Rather than using a simple dropdown, the menu is categorized by demographic and clinical requirements of their clients. This solution allowed the user to self-identify their needs when they land on the website.
